Rural Education
CFA supports two nursery schools and one primary school, all of which are run by Word of Grace Church. Each school uses a Christian curriculum to reach out to communities that may not otherwise offer schooling. These three schools offer education to over 300 students each year! The village chiefs have expressed appreciation that their communities are getting a good education and the children are gaining knowledge and nourishment from the education and meals that these schools provide. CFA funded a replacement structure for the Mvera Nursery School to replace the thatched hut that was damaged by high winds and termites. This building will be completed soon pending funding.
The highlight for many of the children were the parachutes and beach balls that the CFA team brought to play with!
